How you can help us:
As a valuable Snider TLC Landscape Maintenance Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic crew that protects our client’s investment of their beautiful properties with professionalism and excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
· Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, weeding and garden clean up and all other lawn maintenance requirements are completed with attention to detail in a professional manner.
· Learn and use all landscape maintenance equipment in an efficient and safe manner as directed by the Crew Leader.
· Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the day and loaded onto the truck and trailer.
· Become familiar with our companies’ expectations for client’s properties.
· Always maintain a positive attitude with customers, supervisors, and other team members.
Requirements:
What We Look For
· Positive and energetic personality that believes in honesty, integrity, strong teamwork, passionate about what we do and being rewarded with amazing job satisfaction.
· Previous Landscape Maintenance experience preferred but not required.
· Excellent communication & customer service skills.
· Experience working with others, meeting deadlines, and completing requirements professionally and accurately the first time.
· Dependable and self-motivated.
· Ability to work outside for long periods at a time, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
· You must be able to lift 50 lbs and be able to work at a fast pace throughout the season.
· This is a full-time, seasonal position. (April to end of November- 8 months)
