Job Summary:
The Performance Marketing Specialist will support our in-house performance marketing team, who executes digital marketing efforts across the North American, EMEA, APAC & LATAM regions. This is a hands-on performance marketing role where the candidate will be expected to be in platform executing and optimizing campaigns daily.
As a member of the performance marketing team, the successful candidate will be expected to help execute and optimize our various campaigns across the year, while providing recommendations to the channel strategists where applicable.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their knowledge outside of paid media by supporting the performance marketing team in ABM & SEO efforts.
The successful candidate will report to each of the channel strategists and the Manager, Performance Marketing.
How Will I Make an Impact?
- Support in the creation and management of new LinkedIn Ad campaigns for the B2B market (with support and guidance from the Paid Social Manager)
- Support in the execution & optimization Paid Search (Google Ads) campaigns for the North American & International markets (with support and guidance from the Paid Media Manager)
- Support in the execution of ABM marketing display campaigns
- Creation of landing pages for performance marketing campaigns (with support & training from web experience team)
- Partner with creative team & external freelancers to develop assets for performance marketing campaigns
- Support in the management of external agency and/or channel partners
- Report success metrics and provide insights & recommendations on paid search & paid social performance
- Assist with project and resource planning where required
- Work with web, SEO & content team to feedback keyword insights & findings
What you'll bring to the role:
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing tactics & channels
- Knowledge of Paid Search and/or Paid Social channels (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience working in SaaS and/or B2B verticals is preferred
- Experience with tracking technologies including Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics is preferred but not required
- Ability to create positive external relationships and internal cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Strong analytical and research skills
