About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of full-time Reservations Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing room reservations, including booking, updating, and handling cancellations or no-shows
Providing professional, timely, and personalized communication to guests via phone and email
Offering current rates, packages, and recommendations aligned with guest needs
Coordinating guest requests, including amenities and transportation, with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintaining accurate guest profiles, reservation records, and internal documentation
Supporting front desk and guest services operations while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Pay & Schedule

Wage: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings required
