Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce and CRM Specialist to optimize our customer relationship management systems and enhance our sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in CRM platforms, cloud computing, and database management, with a focus on Salesforce integration and customization. This role involves implementing innovative solutions to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and support strategic sales initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and organization within the CRM.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, fields, and workflows as required.
Assist users with Salesforce questions, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and overall system efficiency.
Support user onboarding, training, and adoption of Salesforce.
Work with internal departments to understand CRM needs and recommend solutions.
Assist with ongoing Salesforce projects, updates, integrations, and system improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience required.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality and best practices.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and managing CRM data.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
Ability to manage priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
Salesforce certification is considered an asset.
