About the BDR Role:
- Base Salary: $50-55K per Annum

The BDR will be the first point of contact between our prospective clients and T&T Power Group. A successful candidate will analyze data, prioritize new leads, develop a specific and tailored outreach, and schedule appointments with prospective clients. You will be directly responsible for revenue generation, ultimately contributing to the explosive growth of T&T Power Group!
What You’ll be Doing
- Source new business and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts
- Proactively scheduling sales meetings through cold calling, and email connections
- Meeting daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the goal of booking appointments
- Generate interest through outbound cold calling, email campaigns and CRM management
- Participate in daily/weekly sales meetings to gain valuable feedback
- And most Importantly... YOU MUST be willing to work hard, have fun, and immerse yourself in the culture of our fantastic team
About You
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales, Call Centre, or retail environments
- Experience performing inside sales and making outbound phone calls is an asset, but not required
- Exceptional communication & active listening skills
- Go-getter personality with a positive outlook
- Motivated by meeting and exceeding goals
- Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a highly results-driven environment
- Passionate about sales and technology - no need to be a tech expert. If you can use a cell phone, you can learn our platform
