Responsibilities:
- Operate ultrasonic cleaning systems, wash pads, and related equipment following established procedures
- Operate company vehicles and equipment, including vacuum, combo, and water trucks as needed
- Complete all required job documentation, reports, and time tracking accurately and on time
- Perform routine inspections and maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment and work areas
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving mechanical or operational issues
- Work safely at all times, participating in daily safety meetings and completing required hazard assessments and documentation
- Handle, store, and dispose of chemicals and waste in compliance with environmental and site requirements
- Coordinate daily work activities and prioritize tasks in collaboration with supervisors and clients
- Support a positive team environment through leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Represent the company professionally, communicate effectively with clients, and help identify additional service opportunities
Qualification and Competencies:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract with Air-brakes
- Experience with ultrasonic cleaning systems is considered an asset
- Ability to be clean-shaven when required for respiratory protection (PPE compliance)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
- Demonstrated commitment to a safety-first culture
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
- Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment up to 40 lb
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
