Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a love for flowers, with the ability to create stunning arrangements for various occasions. As a Floral Designer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while showcasing your artistic skills.

Duties

Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions.
Consult with customers to understand their floral needs and preferences.
Provide recommendations on flower selection, arrangement styles, and care instructions.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and display cases.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash efficiently.
Assist in inventory management by tracking flower supplies and placing orders as needed.
Engage with customers to promote sales and enhance their shopping experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in floral design or related field is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of landscape maintenance is beneficial but not required.
Sales experience is an asset, particularly in retail settings.
Attention to detail and creativity in floral arrangement design.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
