As a Host, you'll set the tone for every guest experience from the moment they arrive. Whether you're welcoming visitors, managing reservations, or sharing information about our restaurant and winery experiences, you'll help create memorable moments that keep guests coming back.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage reservations and seating using OpenTable and other reservation systems.
- Coordinate guest flow to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries about the restaurant, winery experiences, events, and Wine Club.
- Communicate guest requests, dietary needs, and special occasions with the restaurant team.
- Process gift card and debit transactions accurately.
- Maintain menus, promotional materials, and other guest-facing resources.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
What You Bring
- A passion for hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences.
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Experience using reservation systems such as OpenTable is considered an asset.
- Ability to remain calm and welcoming during busy service periods.
- Smart Serve Certification (required).
- Previous restaurant, winery, hotel, or hospitality experience is considered an asset.
Working With Us
This role requires flexibility and includes:
- Standing for extended periods.
- Working both indoors and outdoors, including warm weather.
- Regular evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
