The Essential Services Transportation Department is hiring a full-time Bus Driver for Rocky Lane School.
This is a permanent position for the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications required:
Class 1 or Class 2S Driver’s License
Clean driving record as evidenced by a current Alberta Registry Commercial Driver’s Abstract
An ability to work cooperatively with Students, School Staff, and Parents
Reimbursement of Licensing Costs to new licensees as follows:
Class 2S written and driver exam fees up to $300.00
Air Brakes course is provided by FVSD
Medical exam fees up to $125.00
Wages Offered:
Salary range is from $13,446 to $31,697 dependent on driver experience and route kilometers with additional compensation for special trips
Benefits will be provided after the mandatory 3-month probationary period is successfully completed
