Full job description

Office Assistant

Absolute Power Ltd is a generator company located in Langley, BC. We are looking for an Office Admin to join our team to Manage social media, Marketing, answer phones, direct calls and book our service technicians.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous office experience is not required but would be an asset.
Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Knowing QuickBooks online is an asset but not required.
Social Media and Marketing experience is not required but would be an asset.

Responsibilities:

Posting to our social media accounts

Manage Marketing

Answering phone and directing calls

Book service calls

Customer service

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
