Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Shop Helper/Driver to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient shop operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will assist with picking up parts, maintaining the shop, and assisting our technicians. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help ensure smooth daily operations.
Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and manual handling techniques
- Visit vendors to pick up parts and deliver to ongoing projects.
- Support warehouse activities by organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with team members and vendors.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Maintain accurate documentation for deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or related fields is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving certification is a plus
- Your own reliable vehicle.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory (training can be provided)
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving items throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions
- Experience with warehouse equipment and logistics processes is advantageous
- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
