We’re seeking a motivated and organized Salon Concierge to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
- Provide front desk coverage & elevated client care
- General salon upkeep and administration (inventory, scheduling, daily operations)
- Support team education & product knowledge initiatives
- Assist with events (community events, wedding shows, in-house promotions)
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, client transformations, team highlights, and salon culture moments
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Partner with management to create engaging social media content, support marketing campaigns, and help grow the salon's brand presence online
- Support supplier relations and brand partnerships
- Client communications & leadership reporting
- E-commerce support and online growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong sales mindset with confidence recommending products and services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy (scheduling systems, email, social media familiarity)
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented
- Available to work Fridays, Saturdays and additional busy days as needed
