About NOC Development
NOC Development is an integrated real estate development, investment, and management firm. We design and construct distinctive communities that help cultivate the aesthetic landscape of the neighbourhoods within which people live, work, and play. We bring a fresh, innovative, and vibrant energy to the rapidly changing world of residential development.
The Opportunity
You're outgoing, energetic, and passionate about helping customers discover their dream home in our communities. We are looking for a great communicator, a great salesperson, and someone who is great with technology and AI. This part-time role blends front-line new-home sales with hands-on marketing: you'll guide buyers and their realtors through model homes, quote custom upgrades, and move them from first visit to signed purchase agreement, while keeping our social media and digital advertising working to bring in the next buyers. Just as importantly, you'll use AI and automation to streamline and improve our current workflow. A real estate license is optional, and we provide training.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations
- Identify, generate, qualify, and follow up with leads to close sales, consistently working toward sales targets.
- Conduct proactive outreach to prospective buyers and the local realtor community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and realtor inquiries.
- Build partnerships with brokerages and realtors, and attend community and industry events.
Site Tours, Model Homes & Open Houses
- Host site tours and model-home showings across our Windsor, Kingsville, and Leamington communities.
- Present home designs, floor plans, lot options, features, pricing, and community amenities.
- Plan, set up, and staff weekend open houses, and follow up with visitors.
- Travel regularly between communities throughout Windsor-Essex.
Quoting, Upgrades, Design & Purchase Agreements
- Prepare accurate quotes for custom upgrades and finish selections.
- Assist with design consultations and colour/decor selections.
- Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale and guide customers through the home-buying experience.
Marketing, Content & Digital Advertising
- Create digital content (video, reels, social posts, and blog content) as the voice of the brand.
- Develop launch plans and content strategy across social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Pinterest), print, and the company blog.
- Plan and execute digital advertising on Facebook/Meta and Google, including Google Ads / AdWords targeting.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns to improve reach, leads, and cost-per-lead.
- Use AI and automation to streamline content creation, copywriting, lead organization, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Contribute to brand strategy for new projects through brainstorming sessions.
Customer Service & After-Sales Support
- Provide ongoing communication and service throughout the home-buying journey.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) walkthroughs and coordinate service calls.
- Coordinate with suppliers and trades during construction.
- Provide after-sales service, including coordinating repairs under new-home warranty.

- Strong with technology and quick to adopt new tools.
- Working knowledge of Facebook/Meta and Google advertising (Ads / AdWords).
- Experience with digital storytelling formats (video, reels, podcast, blog) and content creation.
