Exterior Maintenance Technician (Student Summer Position)
Location: South Shore (Longeuil, Saint-Lambert, Brossard)
Vitres & Pavé Southshore is a company specializing in residential exterior maintenance. We offer polymeric sand replacement, pressure washing, and window cleaning services for homeowners.
This is a field-based, hands-on role where team members actively participate in completing projects, contribute to a strong customer experience, and play a key role in maintaining high-quality results on every job site.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior maintenance work, including window cleaning, polymeric sand replacement, and pressure washing
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on time
- Maintain high standards of quality in all work performed
- Prepare, transport, and maintain equipment required for job sites
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
- Interact professionally with clients when required

- Enjoys physical work and working outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and maintains a positive attitude
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Motivated with a willingness to learn
- Capable of working independently when needed
Requirements
- Available full-time from May to August
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting equipment and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
