Customer Service Specialist / Account Manager – Food Industry
Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC
Schedule: Fully onsite, 5 days per week (remote work not available)

Position Summary

Reporting to the Accounts & Customer Relations Director, the Customer Service Specialist / Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating orders from request through delivery, and supporting inside sales and account growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the food industry and logistics is considered a strong asset.

We are seeking a professional, hardworking, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Please note that iSpice Foods supplies businesses only and does not sell directly to consumers.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Enter and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain customer accounts and provide timely order updates both internally and externally
Prepare quotations and provide product information to clients
Coordinate logistics activities and follow up on shipments and deliveries
Support inside sales activities, account management, and upselling opportunities
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum DEC education with at least 5–10 years of experience in customer service, account management, project management, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English is required, as the majority of our clients are located in the United States
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Ability to manage customer accounts independently and proactively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience using ERP systems; SAP Business One is considered an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite position based in our bright and modern office located in the Industrial Park of Vaudreuil-Dorion.
