Tenir les clients au courant des produits et des améliorations au sein de MFS ainsi que des renseignements pertinents sur le secteur et l’évolution des marchés financiers. Il s’agira notamment de concevoir et de mettre en œuvre un plan d’affaires chaque année.</p></li><li><p>Établir et maintenir un portefeuille d’occasions dans les stratégies de titres à revenu fixe, d’actions et d’autres stratégies de placement de MFS d’institutions dans la région qui lui est attribuée. Organiser et accueillir des voyages pertinents et appropriés à l’appui de ces objectifs.</p></li><li><p>Travailler avec d’autres services de MFS pour assurer la conclusion réussie des occasions et l’intégration rapide et efficace des nouveaux clients. En particulier, travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de gestion des relations et l’équipe du service à la clientèle. Agir comme défenseur de MFS auprès de chaque client et contribuer à diriger et à soutenir les efforts visant à fidéliser, à faire croître et à diversifier les relations.</p></li><li><p>Tenir les clients au courant des produits et des améliorations au sein de MFS ainsi que des renseignements pertinents sur le secteur et l’évolution des marchés financiers.</p></li><li><p>Assumer la responsabilité de la préparation des propositions de vente et des documents de présentation pour les rencontres avec les clients en assurant la liaison et la coordination avec les parties/services internes, comme l’équipe d’appel d’offres, les gestionnaires de fonds/produits et d’autres équipes de soutien connexes.</p></li><li><p>Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de gestion des relations avec la clientèle pour saisir des occasions de ventes croisées.</p></li><li><p>Assurer la conformité à la réglementation interne de MFS ainsi qu’aux exigences réglementaires externes. Transmettre les problèmes de conformité réglementaire au directeur régional de la conformité conformément aux politiques et procédures établies.</p></li><li><p>Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur et du contexte concurrentiel. Maintenir une tenue de dossiers adéquate sur l’utilisation de MFS C360 pour toutes les activités de vente et d’affaires.</p></li><li><p>Travaille en partenariat avec les équipes de produits de MFS, les gestionnaires de portefeuille institutionnels, les gestionnaires de portefeuille, les gestionnaires de portefeuille adjoints et les analystes de recherche lors des présentations aux clients potentiels et aux clients.</p></li><li><p>Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe mondiale de consultants pour commercialiser les produits institutionnels de MFS, par l’intermédiaire de consultants établis au Québec, auprès des investisseurs institutionnels appropriés. Élaborer et coordonner une stratégie pour la couverture des consultants au niveau de la recherche et du terrain dans la région désignée.</p></li><li><p>Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes et les contrôleurs clés des principales plateformes et responsables de la tenue de registres des régimes à cotisations déterminées dans la région afin d’établir de solides relations avec les partenaires de distribution, les marques et les nouvelles listes de produits, notamment en aidant les membres de l’équipe de MFS à mettre en œuvre des stratégies de soutien sur le terrain pour les partenaires de distribution.</p></li><li><p>Maintenir un niveau élevé d’expertise avec les produits pour MFS et les autres produits. Rester au fait des nouvelles du secteur, notamment des publications, des conférences et des séminaires. Comprendre les enjeux juridiques et réglementaires et comment les gérer/les expliquer aux clients.</p></li><li><p>Assumer d’autres responsabilités, au besoin.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>COMPÉTENCES, QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES</b></p><ul><li><p>Baccalauréat. Keeps client informed of products and enhancements within MFS and relevant industry information and developments in financial markets. This will include designing and implementing a business plan every year.</p></li><li><p>Builds and maintains a portfolio of opportunities in MFS fixed income, equity and other investment strategies from institutions within their allocated region. Arranges and hosts relevant and appropriate travel in support of these goals.</p></li><li><p>Works with other MFS departments to ensure successful closing of opportunities and timely and efficient on-boarding of new clients. In particular, works closely with relationship management and client service team. Acts as an advocate for MFS with each client and help lead and support efforts to retain, grow, and diversify relationships.</p></li><li><p>Keeps client informed of products and enhancements within MFS and relevant industry information and developments in financial markets.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for preparing sales proposals and client meeting presentation materials by liaising and coordinating with internal parties/departments, such as RFP team, Fund/Product Managers and other related support teams.</p></li><li><p>Works closely with the Relationship Management Team to pursue cross-selling opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with internal MFS regulations as well as external regulatory requirements. Escalate regulatory compliance issues in accordance with established policies and procedures to Regional Compliance Officer.</p></li><li><p>Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape. Maintain proper record keeping on using MFS C360 for all sales and business activities.</p></li><li><p>Partners with the MFS product, institutional portfolio managers, portfolio managers, associate portfolio managers and research analysts when delivering presentations to prospects and clients.</p></li><li><p>Works closely with the global consultant team to market MFS’ institutional products through Quebec-based consultants to appropriate institutional investors. Builds and coordinates strategy for consultant coverage both at the research and field level in assigned region.</p></li><li><p>Works closely with key stakeholders and gatekeepers at major in-region DC Recordkeepers and Platforms to develop strong relationships with distribution partners, brand and new product listings, including assisting MFS team members in the execution of field support strategies for distribution partners.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a high level of product expertise for both MFS and non-MFS products. Stay current on industry news, including industry publications, conferences, and seminars. Understanding of legal and regulatory issues and how to manage/articulate these to clients.</p></li><li><p>Assume additional responsibilities as requested.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree.
