POSITION SUMMARY
The Pest Control Technician is responsible for inspecting various environments, identifying the root causes of pest-related issues, applying appropriate intervention methods, and clearly documenting all actions taken.
This role requires strong observational skills, autonomy, precision, and a professional, reassuring approach when interacting with clients.
Interventions may take place in residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional settings.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Conduct field inspections and provide accurate assessments.
- Identify sources of infestation and risk factors.
- Apply appropriate treatments in accordance with industry protocols, safety standards, and best practices.
- Install, inspect, and maintain pest control and prevention equipment.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide preventive recommendations to clients.
- Deliver professional, courteous, and reassuring customer service.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding interventions and required follow-ups.
- Use the provided mobile tools and applications to document field activities.
- Maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools in proper working condition.
