JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Production Scheduler to manage and optimize daily production planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery, efficient use of resources, and alignment between production, supply chain, and operations.
To support operational needs, we are seeking candidates available for either shift:

Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4-day work week)

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Shift alignment will be finalized during the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
As a Production Scheduler, you will be the link between planning and execution, ensuring production plans are realistic, optimized, and delivered.

Build and manage daily and short-term production schedules based on demand, capacity, and priorities

Lead daily production meetings and follow up on schedule adherence and constraints

Analyze capacity, cycle times, bottlenecks, and material availability to maintain achievable production plans

Adjust schedules in real time to address urgencies, delays, and operational constraints

Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams
-
Define required manpower and equipment allocation to meet production targets

Ensure accuracy and maintenance of ERP data (work orders, routings, planning parameters)

Create and maintain production reports and KPIs (schedule adherence, throughput, capacity utilization, etc.)

Contribute to capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on production scheduling or planning experience in a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field

3–5 years of experience in production planning/scheduling (manufacturing required)

Strong understanding of:

Capacity planning

Shop floor constraints

Production flow and bottlenecks

Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting)
Key competencies:

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance priorities and make quick decisions

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and ability to challenge and influence production teams when needed

Proactive and solution-oriented approach
