Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Smoothie Maker to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing delicious, healthy smoothies and beverages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent customer service skills, and experience in the food industry. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting focused on promoting health and wellness through quality products.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of smoothies and beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled following food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and utensils
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping fruits, packaging ingredients, and setting up stations
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met
Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift to ensure smooth operation
Adhere to all health regulations and safety protocols within the kitchen environment

Skills

Experience in food preparation, cooking, or baking is preferred
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is a plus
Skills in cake decorating or food packaging are advantageous but not required
Kitchen experience including food industry knowledge enhances performance in this role
