Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner-Operator Truck Driver to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will own and operate your truck, delivering goods efficiently and ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This role requires someone with excellent driving skills, strong business acumen, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain your truck in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
Transport goods safely and efficiently to various destinations.
Plan and manage routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and other expenses.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and dispatchers.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and perform regular maintenance checks on your vehicle.
Handle and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
Track and monitor load schedules using appropriate technology or apps.

Qualifications:

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably as an owner-operator.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Basic mechanical skills for minor truck maintenance are a plus.
