Full job description

We are a family-owned feedlot and farming operation looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our small office team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants a flexible part-time role. After the initial training period, work hours can be scheduled with flexibility to fit both your schedule and ours.

Responsibilities

General office administration
Data entry and record management
Assisting with rental property administration
Filing and organizing documents
Answering phone calls and emails as needed
Assisting with day-to-day office tasks
Supporting the owner with administrative projects

For applicants with bookkeeping experience, the role can be expanded to include:

Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll support

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Highly organized and dependable
Comfortable working independently on your own and in a small office
Detail-oriented and accurate
Professional and trustworthy
Friendly with strong communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Quick to learn new software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

Previous office administration experience
Bookkeeping experience is an asset but not required
Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
