Schedule
Part-time position available:
- Afternoon, Evenings and Weekends availability required
- 10-20 hours per week
What You’ll Be Crushing Day-to-Day
You’ll be the heartbeat of our operations — keeping the gym running smoothly and creating a high energy environment.
Your responsibilities include:
Admin & Operations
- Managing gym management software: adding memberships.
- Using our CRM to manage leads and member information
- Processing payments
- Handling inventory
- Onboarding new members
Gym Environment
- Keeping the gym clean, spotless, and organized
- Running laundry
- Ensuring equipment and training spaces stay dialed in
Member Support
- Customer support that makes members feel like family
- Answering phones, emails and DMs
- Calling members and prospects
- Being the friendly, upbeat voice of The Gym In The North
What We’re Looking For
You MUST be:
- Passionate about fitness
- Someone who uses the gym and understands equipment
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun
- Hard-working, committed, and reliable
- A people-person who loves building community
- Motivated to grow with a fast-moving, high-impact brand
