About Us

We are a fast-growing pressure washing and window cleaning company in Lethbridge. Our team is focused on providing top-quality services while building strong relationships with homeowners. We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help grow our business through door-to-door appointment setting.

Job Description

As a Door-to-Door appointment setter, your main goal is to connect with residential homeowners and generate new leads for our services. You will:

Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners.
Drop off marketing materials (door hangers) when appropriate.
Collect accurate client information including:
Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Home Address
Follow company scripts and guidelines to maximize lead quality.

Pay Structure:

$15 per qualified appointment generated.
All leads, whether from door-to-door conversations, responses to door hangers, or personal network are eligible for the $15 payout.
Expectations are 10 leads per week
Consistantly exeeding expectations is how you earn rasies go from $15 per appoitment to $20, to $25 per appointment.

Qualifications

Outgoing, friendly, and confident with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a door-to-door environment.
Reliable, professional, and punctual.
Must be able to walk and carry materials for several hours per day.
Previous sales or lead generation experience is a plus but not required.
