Full job description

Open availability will take priority. This position is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who is looking for a few extra shifts each week. Applicants must have some daytime and evening availability.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Tanning Consultant. If you love customer service, enjoy creating content, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to every client.
Sell tanning packages, memberships, retail products, and other services.
Answer client questions and stay knowledgeable on all products and services.
Greet clients, check them in, and manage their accounts.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and confirm appointments.
Build rapport with clients to encourage loyalty and long-term relationships.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk, reception area, and tanning rooms.
Clean and sanitize equipment and rooms between every client and throughout each shift.
Cash handling and opening/closing procedures (key holder responsibilities).
Work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks.
Capture photos and videos in the salon for social media.
Create engaging Instagram Stories and behind-the-scenes content.
Assist with filming Reels featuring products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications:

Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Comfortable appearing in and creating social media content.
Experience with Instagram and TikTok is considered an asset.
Retail or sales experience is an asset but not required.

Hours may fluctuate based on business needs. We guarantee a minimum of one shift per week, with the opportunity to work up to three shifts per week.
