WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SHINING STAR. Great pay for your dedication and hard work and experience. Must be fit and able to lift equipment and work a full day. Must be detail oriented, reliable, have own transportation. A police check is required, and dedication to the company and follow safety standards, practices and policies.
Your job would have you traveling in Kawartha Lakes and surrounding areas some times alone or with a team, cleaning cottages, homes and businesses. Must have own transportation to drive to the job locations and knowledge of Kawartha Lakes and surrounding areas.
Cleaning duties would include, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, dusting, disinfecting and laundry duties making beds, tidying surfaces and rooms, as well as ensuring outdoor patios and barbeques are left tidy and orderly. Some jobs are surface cleaning while others will be deep scrubbing, window cleaning and construction clean up. Must be able to climb step ladders. Reports, taking and sharing pictures, communication and great teamwork skills required. Some technical ability is required.
You need energy to get the job done within time frame with multiple jobs scheduled on same day. We require above standard attention to detail while cleaning, resulting in positive client experience and also client reviews.
A structured pay scale per job or pay increase. You may be working independently or with team cleaners factoring in job specifications and proximities. Bonuses are awarded periodically for work above expectations and at milestones of our incentive programs.
Monday to Sunday. Hours available during peak season increase but will range from on average 8-28 hours per week. We are committed to finding the right candidates and are committed to help you meet your needs and the demands to get the job done. All candidate require two references for the job.
We are looking for people who live in Coboconk, Kirkfield, Fenelon Falls, Woodville, Bobcaygeon and Lindsay areas.
Your hard work will be appreciated and well compensated. 2 years experience is mandatory. Reliable transportation and knowledge of Kawartha Lakes areas mandatory.
