About us :

Forest Ridge began as a family run landscape design, installation, and maintenance company for over 25 years. We have since amalgamated with a nationwide company called Urban Life Solutions. We have divisions spanning from Ontario all the way to Alberta. Our division covers a variety of contracts throughout GTA and surrounding areas, with commercial and residential landscaping projects including hardscaping, softscaping, grading, retaining walls, planting, and sodding. We offer year-round work, including winter maintenance operations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

Minimum 1-2 year of experience in landscape maintenance roles .
Safe operation of equipments including mowers, trimmers, graders, hand tools, and related machinery.
Strong understanding of site safety protocols and quality standards, with the ability to support and enforce them.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working extended hours when required.
Willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to various tasks, including maintenance, construction, and winter operations.
Perform other manual labor duties as assigned to support job completion.

Essential Requirement :

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Working mobile phone for calls and messages
Reliable , Punctual and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions .
Availability Monday through Saturday .
Ability to start before 6:00 AM from yard location.
Legally eligible to work in Canada
