We are looking for a highly motivated Commission-Based Modular Home Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build your own success, focusing on a robust and growing market segment.
What You'll Be Selling: Our diverse range of modular homes is perfect for:
- Reservation Housing: Providing comfortable, durable, and culturally appropriate housing solutions.
- Cabins & Recreational Properties: Ideal for lakeside getaways, hunting camps, or seasonal retreats.
- Off-Grid Living: Sustainable and self-sufficient housing options for remote locations.
- Acreages & Rural Homes: Efficient and quick-to-deploy homes for larger properties.
- Workforce Camps: Durable and adaptable solutions for temporary or permanent work accommodations.
- Park Model Homes: Compact, efficient, and charming options for resort and park settings.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively identify and cultivate leads within target markets (e.g., First Nations communities, land developers, park owners, individual landowners).
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Present and clearly articulate the features, benefits, and customization options of our modular homes.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, including pricing and timelines.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Act as a primary point of contact, guiding clients from initial inquiry through to order placement and pre-delivery coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with our internal team (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of success in commission-based sales, with a strong ability to close deals.
- Self-starter with exceptional drive and a strong work ethic – this is a commission-only role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the modular home industry, construction, or real estate is an asset, but not strictly required (we will train the right candidate).
- Experience or comfort working with First Nations communities, rural landowners, or in the recreation/hospitality sector is a significant advantage.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and site assessments.
- Comfortable with CRM software and basic office applications.

Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential. Specific commission structures will be discussed during the interview process.
