Full job description

Iron Will Metalworks Ltd. is a busy metal fabrication and hydraulic repair shop, operating since 2008. We are currently looking for a highly organized, process-driven individual to join our team.

Duties:

· Enter customer orders and prepare job packages for production

· Generate repair orders for hydraulic rebuilds and maintain records of customer property

· Maintain order tracking systems for each department

· Recognize discrepancies/non-conformance in paperwork and follow-up as needed

· Support Operations Manager to ensure smooth product delivery and paper flow

· Enter sales orders into Sage50 with accuracy and proficiency

· Daily filing

· Deliver exceptional customer service

· Purchase office and other supplies as needed or requested by management

· Arrange outgoing mail and freight

· Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

· Light cleaning between semi-weekly janitorial visits:

· daily sweeping

· dusting as needed

· Other projects and duties as requested by management

This position is the first point of contact for customer phone calls and visits. A friendly, positive attitude is essential. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Experience in Sage50 is considered an asset, however we are happy to train the right individual.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
