Full job description

Scorpion Oilfield Services Ltd. is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Office Administrator to join our team in our Lloydminster office.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient office procedures. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and works well independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Axon Trucking Software is considered a strong asset
Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience is considered an asset
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
Professional and courteous customer service skills

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering and directing phone calls and responding to emails
Performing general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Maintaining accurate office records and electronic files
Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as required
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other office documents
Supporting office staff with administrative tasks and special projects
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Providing general administrative support to other departments as needed
