Full job description

Carol Automobile is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Retention Specialist to help us build lasting relationships with our customers.

In this remote position, you will communicate with existing and prospective customers, follow up on previous inquiries and service interactions, help customers stay connected with our dealership, and identify opportunities to provide additional assistance.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, stays organized, and can manage multiple customer conversations while working independently.

Duties

Analyze customer data using tools such as SQL, R, Python, and SAS to identify patterns and trends related to retention and churn.
Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and loyalty.
Utilize data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics to create compelling reports that inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to design initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention, providing regular updates and actionable insights.
Collect and interpret data from various sources using statistical software such as SPSS and Adobe Analytics to optimize retention strategies.
Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on data analysis.

Experience

Proven experience in data analysis or business analytics roles with a focus on customer retention or marketing.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and R or Python for advanced analytics.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
Familiarity with statistical software including SPSS or SAS, along with knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform strategic decisions.
Knowledge of marketing principles and business development strategies is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
