Exciting Career Opportunity: Surface Land Agent in Lloydminster

Are you a motivated individual seeking an exciting, long-term career in Surface Land? Scott Land & Lease has an immediate opening for a Surface Land Agent in Lloydminster to join our growing team! You’ll work on both sides of the Alberta/Saskatchewan border in one of the busiest areas of the oilpatch, contributing to meaningful projects and building a rewarding career in land services.

We are searching for candidates who are eager to grow, bring a positive, can-do attitude to work, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Whether you’re an experienced land agent or someone with a strong rural or agricultural background looking to break into the industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with a rural or agricultural background who can easily connect with landowners and stakeholders. Land experience is an asset but not required.
Education: Ideally, you have completed post-secondary education (diploma or degree) and are seeking a meaningful, long-term career.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude with a knack for negotiation and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in computer and reporting tools
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role
Other Qualifications:
- AB Land Agent license (or willingness to obtain one)
- A clean driving record
- Membership in the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting with stakeholders, including landowners, regulatory agencies, and clients
Supporting Surface Land acquisitions and related project activities
Working closely with our administration team to ensure successful project delivery
Managing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards
