Opportunity:

Are you a recent university graduate looking for a foot in the door with a growing, dynamic company?

We aren't looking for someone who just wants to punch a clock; we are looking for a driven, highly organized problem-solver who wants to build a career. At Willcraft Technologies, we believe in rewarding initiative. You will act as the right-hand assistant to our Director of Operations, serving as the administrative glue that holds our busy office together. If you have great instincts, love variety in your workday, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done, we want to talk to you.

What You Will Actually Do:

Serve as the go-to assistant for the Director of Operations. Whatever the day throws at us, from formatting a document, to running an errand, to organizing a schedule encompassing both business and leadership commitments, you are there to help tackle it.
Keep our physical workspace welcoming, professional, and fully stocked. Yes, this means ensuring the coffee is always brewing, the printer has paper, and the breakroom (and washrooms) never run out of the essentials.
Be the friendly voice answering the phones, directing calls, and greeting anyone who walks through our doors.
Help our team order office supplies and basic tech equipment, track when packages arrive, and make sure things get into the right hands.
Act as a helping hand for our team, ensuring everyone has what they need to do their jobs effectively.

You are eager to learn how a successful business operates from the inside out and want to prove yourself.
You don't wait to be told what to do. If you see a problem, you fix it. If you see a process that could be better, you suggest a change.
You naturally bring order to chaos. You are great with computers, pick up new software quickly, and keep track of the details so nothing falls through the cracks.
You are just as comfortable taking a phone call from a high-level business client as you are unpacking a box of supplies.
