Truck Zone has an opportunity for a highly motivated Business Development & Product Support Representative to join our team, supporting our Lloydminster, Bonnyville, and Edmonton locations.
Our new Team member would be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Truck Zone’s presence by promoting awareness of our full capabilities across Parts, Service, Tank, and specialized offerings including frame solutions, wheel alignment, axle production, and partner programs such as Cap-it and Simard.
They would actively identify and pursue new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and position Truck Zone as a comprehensive, multi-service solutions provider by aligning customer needs with branch capabilities and coordinating effectively with internal teams.
The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, highly proactive, solution-driven, and committed to delivering excellence while building long-term value with customers.

Role Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays
- Self-motivated with a proactive and disciplined approach
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote Truck Zone’s full range of products and services within assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop a strong opportunity pipeline
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Re-engage dormant, lost, or declining customers and expand existing accounts
- Apply a consultative approach to identify customer needs and deliver value-based solutions
- Coordinate with Branch, Parts, Service, and Tank teams to align solutions and execution
- Ensure customer commitments are aligned with operational capabilities and delivery timelines
- Maintain visibility on active opportunities, customer status, and potential risks
- Support achievement of revenue growth and gross margin targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Represent Truck Zone in a professional and solutions-focused manner at all times
