Lloydminster Hyundai - Receptionist

We are currently looking for a full-time Receptionist, with a happy to help attitude and a friendly demeanor to join the Lloydminster Hyundai team.

Job Summary: As an Automotive Dealership Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to ensure every visitor feels welcome and receives prompt assistance, whether they are here for sales, service, or inquiries. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering multi-line telephone system and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel
Taking phone messages in a professional manner and ensuring proper and timely delivery
Greeting and acknowledging customers upon arrivals and exits
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about dealership services, promotions, and vehicles.
Support the sales and service teams with various tasks as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
