About Us

We are a small, growing electrical company serving Oxford County. Our work is diverse, hands-on, and never limited to just one type of job. We work across residential, agricultural, industrial and commercial environments, giving our apprentices the opportunity to develop a broad range of electrical skills.

We believe a good apprenticeship is about more than simply putting in hours. We want our apprentices to learn the trade, take on new responsibilities, build confidence, and develop into well-rounded electricians.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our team. All apprenticeship levels are welcome to apply.

You will gain experience working on a variety of projects throughout rural Ontario, including:

Residential new construction, renovations, service and repairs
Agricultural buildings, farms and agricultural equipment
Industrial buildings, equipment and electrical systems
Commercial new builds and renovations
Service calls and troubleshooting
New installations and electrical upgrades
Wiring, conduit, panels, controls and equipment
Motors, pumps and other electrical/mechanical equipment
Reading and working from electrical drawings and plans
Working alongside experienced electricians to develop your skillsWhat We're Looking For

The right candidate will be someone who:

Is registered in an electrical apprenticeship
Has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
Takes pride in doing quality work
Is dependable, punctual and willing to work as part of a small team
Has good problem-solving and communication skills
Is comfortable working indoors, outdoors and in a variety of rural environments
Is willing to learn and take on increasing responsibility as their skills develop
Understands the importance of working safely and following instructions

A valid driver's licence is required.

Previous electrical, construction, agricultural or mechanical experience is an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
