Full job description

For over 100 years, The Carr Group has been a leader in providing reliable and efficient logistics solutions across Canada.

We are currently recruiting a Bilingual (French language) Call Center Agents to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our clients and customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues Primarily in French( and English when needed based on the call volume)

This is not a remote position. You would be required to report to office.

Job task accountabilities:

Respond to customer/client/ vendor inquires providing timely and accurate information in primarily French and English, when necessary
Resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels and adhering to company standards
Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers
Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat inquiries in both languages
Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our systems accurately
Collaborate with other departments, when needed to resolve customer concerns efficiently

Fluency in French(written and spoken) and also in English. Validity of French proficiency is required to be provide and will be verified.

English only candidates will not be considered for this position.

Previous experience in a call center (or customer service role where type dictation was required)
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Computer skills and familiarity with CRM software, Delivery Dispatch Software.

Shifts are rotating every 2 weeks, Tuesday through Saturday, shifts will vary from 9am to 5pm, 11am to 7pm, 1 to 9pm and 3pm to 11pm
