We are seeking an experienced and professional Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing service team.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning services
- Operate portable duct cleaning equipment
- Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
- Complete digital work orders, photos, and service documentation accurately
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to company standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational protocols
- Deliver efficient, high-quality workmanship on every job
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous duct cleaning, HVAC, restoration, or related field service experience preferred
- NADCA certification preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated with a professional, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in residential homes, commercial buildings, and mechanical spaces
- Ability to regularly lift and move equipment
- Valid G driver’s license with clean driving record (driver’s abstract required)
- Police background check required
- Willingness to learn company systems and service standards
