Modern Digital & Conventional Dental Laboratory
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Dental Technologist / Dental Technician to join our busy, well-established dental team.
Our laboratory combines a fully digital dental lab with a traditional conventional laboratory, giving our technicians the opportunity to work with both advanced digital workflows and hands-on laboratory techniques.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and experience producing high-quality dental restorations and prostheses. You will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver accurate, functional, and esthetic restorations for a wide variety of cases.

Responsibilities
- Design and fabricate high-quality dental restorations and prostheses
- Work with both digital and conventional dental laboratory workflows
- Design crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and other prosthetic cases using CAD/CAM software
- Review intraoral scans and digital impressions for accuracy and case planning
- Operate and maintain digital laboratory equipment including 3D printers, scanners, and milling systems
- Work with zirconia, lithium disilicate, PMMA, resins, acrylics, and other dental materials
- Perform finishing, staining, glazing, polishing, and characterization of restorations
- Fabricate conventional crowns, bridges, dentures, night guards, retainers, models, and other dental appliances as required
- Assist with removable and fixed prosthodontic cases
- Work on implant-supported restorations and prostheses
- Evaluate fit, contacts, occlusion, margins, esthetics, and overall quality before case completion
- Make adjustments, repairs, relines, and modifications when required
- Communicate directly with dentists regarding shade, design, material selection, and case requirements
- Maintain accurate case documentation and laboratory records
- Follow proper infection control, disinfection, and laboratory safety protocols
- Maintain an organized and efficient laboratory environment
- Perform quality-control checks before cases are delivered
- Collaborate closely with dentists, dental assistants, and other laboratory team members to ensure cases are completed accurately and on schedule
- Stay current with developments in digital dentistry, dental materials, CAD/CAM technology, and laboratory techniques
Experience & Qualifications
- Registered Dental Technologist / Dental Technician preferred
- Previous experience working in a dental laboratory is required
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, morphology, occlusion, and restorative principles
- Experience with digital dental workflows and CAD/CAM dentistry is strongly preferred
- Experience with dental CAD design software is an asset
- Experience with 3D printing, milling, digital scanning, and digital model production is an asset
- Experience with crowns, bridges, veneers, implant restorations, and prosthodontics is preferred
- Experience with removable prosthetics, dentures, night guards, and other conventional laboratory work is an asset
- Experience with zirconia and ceramic finishing, staining, glazing, and polishing is highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing excellent esthetic results
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a busy laboratory environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with dentists and other members of the dental team
