Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and will provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction with the final look.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Provide additional beauty services such as body waxing, nail care, makeup application, but not needed.
Engage with clients to offer personalized consultations and recommend appropriate services or products.
Assist in retail sales by promoting beauty products that complement the services offered.
Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in eyelash extensions and other beauty services through continuous education and training.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Proficient in applying eyelash extensions with knowledge of various techniques and styles.
Strong skills in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with body waxing, nail care, makeup application is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards consistently.
A valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required but not mandatory
Passion for beauty trends and a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients.
