Our Model: Corporate Management & Your Autonomy
PPI. CONTRACTORS operates strictly as an administrative and contract management firm. We do not provide site-level supervision, tool procurement, or hands-on labor coaching. We manage the brand, secure the contracts, handle the estimating infrastructure, and enforce strict quality compliance. You operate your own independent business unit to execute the physical scopes.
- Contractual Execution: You are 100% responsible for the physical execution, methods, tools, crew management, and field results of the assigned job scope.
- The "Silent Site" Protocol: All client communication regarding pricing, additional work, or contract adjustments is handled exclusively by our corporate management hub. Subcontractors operate silently on-site—you focus entirely on master-level tradesmanship; our systems handle the infrastructure.
- Digital Milestones: Instead of a boss standing over your shoulder, our firm utilizes a digital compliance model. Your payout is strictly unlocked via our project software by uploading high-resolution media milestones (prep, progress, and video walkthroughs) to verify your work hits our contractual standards.
Strict Compliance Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
We operate a highly systematized management structure. To be considered, your business must have the following in place before onboarding—no exceptions:
- Active WSIB Coverage with current clearance certificates.
- Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance.
- Independent Business Registration (Active HST Number).
- Complete Autonomy: Reliable transportation (truck/van), professional spray setups, and full tools.
- Working at Heights Certification (Required for exterior/elevated scopes).

How to Apply
We do not onboard trades who just "wing it". Your paperwork and your quality must back up your business. To apply, you must send:
- A brief intro about your business structure (Are you a solo service operator, a drywall/taping specialist, or do you run a multi-man painting crew?)
- Let us know exactly which areas you specialize in (e.g., cabinet spraying, vinyl windows, fascia/eavestroughs, heritage homes, framing/drywall/taping, etc.).
- Photos or video clips proving your spraying, prep, or finishing quality.
- Confirmation that your WSIB, $2M Liability, and HST details are active and ready for verification.
