Full job description

The Kitchen hand is responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner as well as washing dishes and helping cook and prep food when necessary. They work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. This person will also be responsible for the preparation of the food served on line and maintain proper stock levels on line to cook the appropriate food. The helper will partake in the Restaurant cooking as well as events & banquets when necessary. Must be willing to learn new tasks & cooking techniques from the Chef. Must be available on weekends & must be flexible with hours and willing to work early breakfast shifts as well. We do breakfast and dinner service. This position will lead to full-time work for the right candidate.

-Part Time Position ONLY

-2 Years experience in a restaurant setting

-Food Handlers Certificate is a MUST HAVE

-Smart Serve is an ASSET

Job Type: Part-time
