Full job description

This position is for Daily Site litter picking.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to perform weekly property cleanup and maintenance. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic appeal and safety of residential or commercial properties through various tasks including Litter Picking, and if needed, landscaping, gardening, and minor construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical knowledge, and be capable of operating a variety of tools and equipment to ensure properties are well-kept and inviting.

Duties includes but not limited to:

Daily Litter picking at all assigned properties and disposal of Litter into authorized waste bins. Any overflow work if required and as directed by the assigned supervisor(s) in charge which may include below:
Mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and performing general gardening tasks to enhance landscape appearance
Operating equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, and hand tools for landscaping maintenance tasks.
Performing routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Assisting - if needed, with horticultural tasks including planting, fertilizing, and pest control as needed
Supporting other property upkeep activities such as debris removal, fencing repairs, or drainage work

Skills

Experience with landscape maintenance is preferred but not recommended
Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and troubleshooting of power tools and equipment is an asset
Proficiency in using hand tools for various repair and maintenance tasks is an asset
Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in outdoor environments
Strong understanding of property maintenance practices including construction-related activities
Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
Attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship
Ability to follow instructions accurately while working independently or as part of a team

Qualifications:

- MUST provide a Clean drivers abstract,

- Criminal background check is required

- Must posess a valid G license with a clean driving record.

- Must have minumum of 2 years experience driving a pickup truck or a large SUV

- Positivity and professionalism/ punctuality is a must

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of beautiful properties while developing skills in landscaping, mechanical repair, and outdoor maintenance. The successful candidate will be reliable, proactive, and passionate about maintaining outdoor spaces.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
