Position Overview: Shape and optimize workflows in this newly created role. Lead supplier coordination, financial management, and quoting processes for luxury residential builds.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and purchase luxury construction materials and furniture
Establish vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing
Maintain financial records and handle bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Prepare client quotes and align with project budgets
Track outstanding quotes to maximize conversion rates

Qualifications:

Proven experience in purchasing and financial coordination
Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
Strong negotiation and communication abilities
Experience managing costs for businesses in the $3-8 million range
Ability to build processes from the ground up

Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000 plus project bonuses
