Full job description

Position Summary

Delaware Pump & Parts is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Student Financial Administration Clerk to support the administration. This position provides students with practical experience in financial administration, accounting processes, record management, and office operations within a dynamic industrial environment. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day financial tasks while developing valuable administrative and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

Enter financial data accurately into accounting and business management systems.
Maintain and organize financial records, files, and supporting documentation, transitioning paper documents to online system.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial summaries using Microsoft Excel.
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
Adhere to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and financial controls.
Other duties as assigned, based on the business needs.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm onsite.

This is a summer position, which could be part-time throughout the calendar year for the right candidate.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the CEO.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
