Fonctions et responsabilités principales / Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Rapports financiers / Financial Reporting
- Responsable du processus de reporting financier unité par unité, y compris les rapports de fin de mois, les budgets et les prévisions intermédiaires. / Responsible for Unit by Unit financial reporting process including month-end reporting, budgets, and interim forecasts.

Contrôler / Controlling
- S’assurer que les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise sont respectées dans les unités. / Ensure corporate policies and procedures are adhered to at Units.
- Identifier les faiblesses du contrôle et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de contrôle des coûts. / Identify control weaknesses and implement cost control initiatives.
- Tester les procédures de contrôle interne des unités et l’interaction avec le siège et les sociétés sous-traitantes:/ Test internal control procedures at Units and interaction with headquarters and outsource companies:
- Comptes fournisseurs – contrôles de processus AP de bout en bout avec Datamatics, conformément au manuel AP / Accounts Payable – end to end AP process controls with Datamatics, per AP Manual
- Facturation – qualité de la saisie directe des données dans les unités et transfert à la facturation centrale / Billing – quality of direct data entry at Units and hand-off to Central Billing
- Paie – contrôle autour du temps et des présences de Kronos, qualité des entrées dans Ultipro / Payroll – control around Kronos time & attendance, quality of input to Ultipro
- Grand livre général – suivi des transactions SAP conformément au manuel de contrôle de gestion des unités SAP / General Ledger – monitoring SAP transactions in line with SAP Unit Controlling Manual
Analyse et pilotage de la performance / Analysis and Performance Driving
- Développer des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour suivre les coûts des matériaux et de la main-d’œuvre par unité. / Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to track material and labor costs by Unit.
- Analyser les tendances financières, définir et initier des mesures correctives. / Analyze financial trends, define and initiate corrective measures.
- Conduire les objectifs de productivité de l'unité grâce à des revues régulières d'amélioration continue avec les directeurs généraux et les propriétaires de processus. / Drive Unit productivity goals through regular Continuous Improvement reviews with General Managers and Process Owners.
- Aider l’unité à planifier la main-d’œuvre en fonction des changements commerciaux prévus. / Assist Unit in planning labor based on forecasted business changes.
Rentabilité client / Customer Profitability
- Examiner les propositions de prix pour les clients et aider le vice-président régional dans les décisions de prix / Review pricing proposals for customers and assist Area VP in pricing decisions
- Aider les unités à maintenir une analyse efficace des profits et des pertes par client. / Assist the Units in maintaining effective analysis of profit and loss by customer
Qualifications
Formation / Education:
- Diplôme BS/BA en finance ou en comptabilité (préféré) / BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
Expérience professionnelle / Work Experience:
- 7 années d’expérience dans un domaine connexe / 7 years of experience in a related field
- Connaissances approfondies en finance, en contrôle de gestion et en gestion de trésorerie / Broad knowledge of finance, controlling, and cash management
- Good command of the French and English languages, both written and verbal. English language proficiency is required for this job as a result of the nature of the duties, including regular communication with internal stakeholders based outside Quebec who are not proficient in the French language. This determination has been made in accordance with the Charter of the French Language.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral. La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise pour ce poste en raison de la nature des fonctions, notamment les communications régulières avec des intervenants internes situés à l’extérieur du Québec qui ne maîtrisent pas le français. Cette exigence est conforme à la Charte de la langue française.
