Job Summary

Oceanstone Resort is seeking a friendly, professional, and guest focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a timely manner.
Provide information about resort accommodations, spa services, dining experiences, local attractions, and events.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, spa, restaurant, and event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with gift card sales, retail transactions, and other front desk duties as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

Previous customer service, hospitality, tourism, or front desk experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with reservation and point-of-sale systems.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
