We currently have an opportunity for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our Marketing team, working from our head office in Steinbach, MB. Within this role you will be responsible for owning qualified lead generation and marketing funnel performance, turning traffic into leads and revenue through data-driven optimization, testing and campaign execution.

Responsibilities of a Demand Generation Specialist include but are not limited to:
- Own lead generation targets for assigned business segments
- Build and manage end-to-end marketing funnels
- Develop and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion pathways
- Manage and execute performance-driven digital campaigns
- Optimize website and point-of-purchase focused on conversion rate improvement
- Contribute to content creation, driving lead generation performance
- Analyze results, reporting on performance, lead quality, and conversion data
- Monitor and improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Leverage content assets while owning performance outcomes
The ideal candidate:
- 2–5 years’ experience in demand generation, growth marketing, and/or performance marketing
- Post-secondary degree or certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns and conversion funnels
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, interpret and act on performance data and reporting
- Interpersonal skills, partnering with team members across organizations
- Results-driven, focused on measurable outcomes including revenue
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience optimizing e-commerce or lead-gen websites is an asset
