Concordia Village is dedicated to the wellness of seniors in our community providing assisted living services. Our residents enjoy services and features such as daily home cooked meals, an on-site Chaplain providing spiritual care, an on-site Registered Nurse, housekeeping, beautiful grounds and a wide variety of recreational activities – all part of an overall strategy to support and enhance independent and healthy living. Our team at Concordia Village is committed to serving our residents with compassion and respect, striving to make their living experience a great one! We are a community who cares for our residents as much as we do for each other.
We are excited to open our newest assisted living residence and are looking for a Chaplain to join our team who will provide emotional, religious, and spiritual care for our residents, families and staff. While based primarily in our new facility, this role will also support and collaborate with our staff in the 3 other buildings.
