Full job description

Wall Grain Handling Systems, a leader in the grain handling and storage industry is looking for a highly motivated Material Handler to be part of the operations of the company.
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of duties aimed at fulfilling customer orders along with receiving material The incumbent must be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.

Job Location: Brunkild, Manitoba

Requires valid class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle

Duties

Work with team members to fulfill customer orders
Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
Receive and store incoming inventory in designated areas
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
Ability and willingness to participate in development activities including training, recertification, and supporting other departments and positions as required
Monitor equipment and Stock, proactively notify supervisor of issues
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Other duties as assigned

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse distribution environment is preferred.
Ability to take instruction and work well with others in a team environment
Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed.
Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
Good oral and written communication skills
Experience with order picking processes and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of agricultural parts and industry is considered an asset
