Total Wrapture Medi Spa is an established, award-winning medical aesthetics and spa clinic located in Winnipeg’s St. James area. We provide advanced medical esthetic treatments alongside essential spa services, and we are seeking a professional, reliable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.

This role is critical to the client experience and requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage a fast-paced front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients professionally and provide exceptional customer service
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately
Process payments and handle client transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Use booking and point-of-sale software (training provided)
Assist with weekly errands as required using a reliable personal vehicle

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or client-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
Availability for evenings and weekends is required
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
